I'm starting a health and wellness challenge
We can work on improving ourselves at any time in our life!! It does not need to be a holiday nor a special occasion. I have seen challenges posted online with subscription fees, but this one is FREE. I just want to build community and get healthier in the process. We can check in once a week via Zoom and hold each other accountable.

focus and energy
This product is great for building focus and alertness without giving jitters. The taste in pure water is a little bitter and the powder can be gritty if not mixed well but since I have used this pre-workout I really notice the difference. As always consult a physician before taking this product, especially if you have medical conditions or may be allergic to the ingredients.
