Because each item is made-to-order (especially our special books and keepsakes), all sales are final. But don’t worry — if there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right. ✨

📦 No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

All AfroFilipina items are custom made with love, so we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before placing it!

If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake, please email us within 5 days of receiving it. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review it and offer a solution.

đźšš Lost Packages

If your order seems lost, don’t panic! We'll help you open a case with the shipping carrier (like USPS or FedEx) to track it down. This process can take a few business days, so thank you for your patience!

Note: If tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, as we can’t be responsible for packages marked as delivered.
